Rath/Dysert – Pilgrim Paths Weekend Event – April 4th 2015
Saturday, April 4th 2015 at 13 30.
Meeting point for walkers: Dysert O’Dea Castle, Corofin, County Clare.
Parking: Park at Dysert O’Dea Castle from 12 15 to 13 15. Transfer by minibus to the starting point at Rath Church.
Suitability: Easy
Terrain: Quiet tarred country roads, green road and meadow.
Distance: 6km.
Duration: 2.5 hours – 3 hours.

Contribution: Adults €6 Children: Free
Walking gear: wear warm waterproof clothing, gloves, cap and boots or shoes, preferably with ankle support.
Walk Leaders: Pius Murray, Maureen Kelly and Mary Lillis. This is a guided spiritual walk with active participation of all walkers.
How to get to Dysert O’Dea Castle: From COROFIN, take R 476 in the direction of Ennis, after 3.5 km., turn right onto L 4154 ( at tourist information noticeboard) , take next right to the castle.
From ENNIS, take N 85 in the direction of Ennistymon, turn right onto R 476 in the direction of Corofin, after 6 km., turn left onto L 4154 ( at tourist information noticeboard) , take next right to castle.
